Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Welcome to Long Island Restoration Co.. Please read these terms carefully. By using longislandrestorationco.com, calling a phone number listed on it, or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

longislandrestorationco.com is a marketing and lead generation website owned and operated by Catalyst Digital LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Catalyst," "we," "us," or "our").

We are not a contractor or service provider, and we do not perform water restoration work. This website exists to connect people in Long Island, NY who need water restoration services with an independent local professional that we work with.

2. How this website works

When you call a number on this site or submit a request form, we pass your request and contact information to the independent water restoration professional we work with in your area. That professional — not Catalyst — contacts you, provides any estimate, and performs any work you hire them for.

Any agreement for services is between you and that professional directly. They operate under their own business name, their own licenses and insurance, and their own contract with you. Catalyst is not a party to that agreement.

The professionals we work with compensate us for marketing and lead generation services. That is how this website is funded.

3. Licensing and vetting

Where the law requires a license for the work being performed, we require the professionals we work with to hold the applicable license and carry insurance. Credentials and license status can change over time, so you should confirm licensing, insurance, and any other qualifications directly with the professional before hiring them.

4. Estimates and pricing information

Any prices, price ranges, or estimates shown on this website (including any calculators or estimator tools) are illustrative only. They are based on typical project ranges and are not a quote, offer, or guarantee of price. Actual pricing is determined solely by the professional after evaluating your specific project, and should be confirmed by them in writing.

5. Your consent to be contacted

By submitting a request or calling a number on this site, you request that we share your information with the professional we work with, and you agree that Catalyst and that professional may contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

6. Call recording

Calls made to phone numbers on this website may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, lead verification, and billing purposes. By continuing a call, you consent to recording where permitted by law.

7. Our content

The content on this website (text, images, layout, and design) is owned by Catalyst Digital LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including submitting false requests, scraping or harvesting data, attempting to interfere with the site's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Problems with performed work

If you have a concern about work performed by the professional, your recourse is with that professional under your agreement with them. That said, we genuinely want to know about bad experiences — the quality of the professionals we work with is our business. Please tell us through the contact form on this site.

10. Disclaimers

This website and the connection service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty about the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by any independent professional, their availability, or their response time. We do not guarantee that a professional will be available for your project.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst's total liability to you arising out of your use of this website or the connection service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Catalyst is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of any independent professional. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
